Using Botilo

Botilo is a personal collection and tasting-record tool. You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping any backups you need.

Botilo Plus

Botilo Plus is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription. The plan includes up to 30 studio bottle photos with label reading per monthly billing period. The limit resets at renewal; unused monthly registrations do not roll over. The price is shown in your local App Store currency before purchase. Your first five registrations are free, once per App Store app identity; no subscription starts automatically.

Using registrations

One registration creates one studio bottle photo and reads its visible label. It is used when processing completes, including if you then discard the photo. A server-confirmed processing failure restores the registration to its original period or balance, without extending the period. Recovering an interrupted delivery within 30 days does not use another registration. After delivery, a temporary local recovery copy may remain for up to 30 days; it can be removed sooner when the cache reaches its size limit or app data is deleted. Adding a back label to the same registration does not use another registration or create another bottle photo. Up to three distinct back-label photos can be processed within 30 days of the original registration. Replacing the front photo or requesting a new creation uses another registration. Monthly access continues until the current paid period ends after cancellation. Existing records remain viewable and editable without a subscription.

Renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself refund a payment. Apple handles refund requests. A refunded monthly period loses access.

Label reading can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check the label yourself. Bottle details and collection statistics are for personal reference, not financial, health, safety or professional advice.

Availability

The app is provided as available. Features may change, and synchronized deletion, app removal, account changes, or storage failure can remove data. Keep an independent backup in Files.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law, another person's rights, or Apple platform rules.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
